Returns:

1. Orders can only be returned at the time of delivery with the courier.
   Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer accepted 
   Please make sure to open and check your order upon delivery — verify the size, color, and condition (external check only, no trying on) while the courier is present, and inspect it carefully before making any payment.
   Kindly ensure that you personally receive the order 

2. If the order is returned immediately with the courier, only the shipping fee will be charged.

3. No returns are accepted after delivery, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
   In such cases, the customer must provide a clear photo showing the issue and report it within 2 days of receiving the order 

4. Exchanges are only allowed for size of the same model and color.
   Color or model changes are not available.
   Requests for exchange must be made within 2 days of delivery 
   When exchanging size, a shipping fee for the exchange will apply 

Note: Orders must be accepted or returned in full — partial returns are not allowed.
